How working together works

Hours. Romania-based (EET): a full working-day overlap with Western Europe, and a 4–5 hour daily overlap with US East Coast mornings — reviews and calls happen in real time either way.

Contract. A clean B2B invoice — no payroll, no visa, no employment risk on your side.

Rate. Senior work at a Central-European rate — Bucharest arithmetic, not Bay-Area or Berlin. Scoped per project, or monthly for ongoing capacity.

The company. You contract with Marinescu Development SRL — CUI RO46538394, Reg. Com. J2022014352409 — a Romanian limited-liability company inside the EU, so GDPR and EU contract law apply natively.
