1. Who runs this site

This website (work.featuringcode.com) is operated by Marinescu Development SRL, a limited-liability company registered in Romania (EU) — CUI RO46538394, Trade Register No. J2022014352409 — through which Mihai Marinescu provides software development services. 2. What this site is — and is not

The site presents work, case studies, services, and ways to get in touch. Everything on it is informational. Nothing here constitutes a binding offer, a quote, or professional advice for your specific situation. Any actual engagement — scope, deliverables, rates, IP transfer, confidentiality — is governed exclusively by a separate written B2B contract between Marinescu Development SRL and your company, not by these terms.

3. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, case studies, design, and code samples — belongs to Marinescu Development SRL or Mihai Marinescu unless stated otherwise. Case studies are anonymized where required by confidentiality obligations; client names and trademarks that do appear belong to their respective owners. You may read, link to, and quote the site with attribution; you may not republish substantial parts of it commercially without written permission.

4. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others.

5. No warranties

The site is provided "as is." The metrics in the case studies are real and honestly reported, but they describe specific projects in specific contexts — they are not a promise of identical results for your project. We make no warranty that the site is error-free or uninterrupted.
