How every engagement runs
Remote from Bucharest (EET): a full working-day overlap with Western Europe, and a 4–5 hour daily overlap with US-East mornings — reviews and calls happen in real time, not by relay, on either side of the Atlantic. A clean B2B invoice: no payroll, no visa, no employment risk on your side.
